What is RelevantView?
RelevantView is a web-based market research company. Our technology enables our customers ("Users") to create surveys/questionnaires for distribution to Survey Respondents. Survey Respondents may be clients, employees, panelists, suppliers, customers etc. of our Users. Information that Survey Respondents provide to Users resides on our servers in a secure environment.

RelevantView is not responsible to Survey Respondents for the privacy practices of our Users. Survey Respondents should refer to the User or its website to understand the privacy practices that apply to the information that the User is collecting. RelevantView does not review, comment upon, or monitor its Users' compliance with their respective privacy policies.
Disclosure of Information
RelevantView does not collect personally identifiable information. All responses to survey questions are stored against an anonymous ID number. However, it may be necessary for us, at certain times, to reveal statistical information regarding the RelevantView site to third parties. Personal information is only collected if you specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis. We make every effort to ensure that your information is maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Third-Party Sites
Please be aware that some of the Web sites you may choose to link to from our site may collect Personally Identifiable Information and other information about you. RelevantView strongly urges our users to be aware that if you use these third party links, you will leave the RelevantView site. Cookies
"Cookies" are small text files stored on a Survey Respondents hard drive; not on our site. RelevantView only uses cookies to prevent Survey Respondents from taking the same survey multiple times. We do not use "tracking cookies."

In no event will RelevantView be liable for any damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any web sites linked to this site, or the materials or information or services contained at this site or any or all such third party sites. You specifically acknowledge and agree that RelevantView will not be held liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct on the part of our clients or of any other Web site(s) to which RelevantView is linked. If you are dissatisfied with any RelevantView material, or with any of RelevantView's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using RelevantView.
