Deduping can be done when the respondent first signs up or at the start of a survey.
  • Respondent Quality Assessment (RQA): RelevantID can improve the quality of your data by cleaning out respondents who do not spend enough time on a specific question or across the entire survey. RelevantID can optionally grab a screenshot of each question the respondent saw and also provide pattern matching.
  • Redirect Detection & Protection: RelevantID can detect if the respondents are being redirected to unauthorized domains and prevent this redirection from happening.
